How to Generate Official Email Signature

Using the Tool

1. Navigate to https://www.uky.edu/prmarketing/branding-tools/email-signature-generator
   

   

2. Enter your information in the fields shown:

   As a minimum requirement for the Human Development Institute please enter your:
   First Name
   Last Name
   Position/Title
   Department/Unit
   Email
   Additional fields are optional.

3. Click the "Build My Full Signature" button.
   

   

4. You may preview your signature from the panel that appears on the top leftright of the page:

   If you make any changes to your signature at this point, please click the "Build My Full Signature" button again to regenerate your preview.

   

5. Click the "Copy HTML Version to Clipboard" button.
